2. Not medical advice
This is the most important term on this page.
Everything on this Website — including articles, guides, recipes, sample routines, activity suggestions and any material you download — is provided for general information and education only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan.
Specifically:
- Nothing on this Website creates a clinician–patient, dietitian–client, or professional advisory relationship between you and Kidzy.
- Nothing here is a substitute for advice from your child’s physician, pediatrician, registered dietitian or other qualified health professional.
- General information cannot account for your child’s medical history, allergies, conditions, medications or individual needs.
Always speak with a qualified health professional before making changes to your child’s diet, physical activity or routine — particularly if your child has a medical condition, a food allergy or intolerance, a developmental condition, an eating disorder or disordered eating, or is taking any medication.
Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read on this Website.
If you believe your child is having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.
3. No guarantee of results
Every family is different. Kidzy makes no promise, guarantee or warranty that following any information on this Website, or engaging any Kidzy service, will produce any particular result for your family.
Any examples, stories or outcomes described on this Website are illustrative and are not a promise that you will experience the same.
4. Using this Website

- Copy, republish or redistribute our content except as section 6 allows
We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaches these terms, without notice.
5. Forms and enquiries
Our forms are for genuine enquiries from parents, guardians and caregivers.
- Submitting a form does not create a contract, a booking, or a client relationship. It is a request for information, and we may decline.
- We will use what you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Do not send us medical information, health records, diagnoses or any confidential information through the Website. Our forms are not designed for that.
- Please make sure the contact details you give us are accurate, or we cannot reply.

Following an external link is at your own risk.
8. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we make no representation or warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free. Information may become out of date, and standards and guidance in children’s health change over time.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Kidzy, its directors, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website — including any loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury — even if we have been advised of the possibility.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Website will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Kidzy harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the date it was last updated at the top. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Kidzy regarding your use of the Website.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
